What is not covered in the warranty?
- ❱ Glass
- ❱ Mirror
- ❱ Upholstery items
- ❱ Melamine / PU / lacquer
- ❱ Acrylic / polish
Material used by Linus Furnitures is termite-treated, but this does not guarantee it from being attacked by termites already existing in the furniture/walls around it.
The warranty will be null and void and no claims shall be entertained in case of :
- 1. Installation, assembly, alterations, modifications, dismantling, reassembling, service, repair, or tampering, or replacement of parts done by third party other than LINUS.
- 2. Damage due to scratches and/or cuts due to sharp objects.
- 3. Damage because of mishandling or abuse, inappropriate usage, impacts or accidents or misuse / negligence, and/or acts of god.
- 4. Seepage, leakage, dampness or moisture in rooms where the furniture is installed.
- 5. Misuse, irregular or no maintenance, not lubricating the hinges and channels periodically, or using wrong cleaning agents, or exposure to direct sunlight or heat, or contact with water or with any other liquids.
- 6. Rusting of baskets due to environmental effect, misuse, negligence and mishandling.
- 7. Damage due to usage of the product, baskets or hardware other than / beyond its intended use or intended weight capacity.
- 8. Change of usage such as products purchased for residential purposes but used for commercial purposes, or change of ownership.
The warranty shall be void due to any of the reasons enumerated above and the customer shall be liable to pay for the cost of all spares and service charges.
Linus Furnitures Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify its warranty policy without any prior intimation.
